Rachel Krinsky is a seasoned nonprofit leader, TEDx speaker, and Executive Coach with a proven track record of driving exponential growth, enhancing organizational sustainability, and advancing racial equity. As an Executive Director, she successfully led three nonprofit organizations and spearheaded two multi-million dollar capital campaigns to create housing for homeless families.

Now, Rachel leverages her extensive experience to support mission-focused leaders to change the world with less stress, greater impact and more joy. 

With a master’s degree in social work and certifications from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Positive Intelligence (PQ), she expertly guides leaders and teams to achieve clear, calm focus on their priorities. Her evidence-based coaching methods foster higher impact, better relationships, and improved work-life balance.

Rachel’s work is rooted in her core values of courage, authenticity, and grace. In her free time, Rachel enjoys kayaking, outrigger canoeing, and backpacking with her husband and their two big dogs. A dedicated yoga practitioner and self-proclaimed word nerd, she embraces life’s adventures with enthusiasm and a sense of humor.
